What products do you offer?
Sunday feels proudly specialises in Australian made finished artwork, they are made to the highest standard and are backed by an industry leading 75 year no fade guarantee. Our finished artworks are customised by your design team to suit your living spaces we source a variety or materials and finishes to offer a gorgeous product line up. Do you provide clothing and props?
Our clients are all unique individuals and we want to capture that. Therefore we do not provide clothing or props for your photography session. You will receive assistance in deciding outfit choices by one of our amazing stylists in the weeks leading to your experience at Sunday Feels.
How should I prepare for my photo session?
Thinking about that special space in your home will go a long way for getting the most out of the experience. That blank space in the hallway or the main wall of the living room are the most obvious. The Sunday feel product page and galleries will provide inspiration to help fill that imaginary gap between your home as it is now and that dreamy look you are going for. What should I wear?
We want to give you that Sunday feeling, so bring in a few outfits that represent you. As a rule of thumb consider simple colours and neutral tones, avoid busy patterns and logos try to keep accessories to what is normal for you. Consider the whole family when deciding on colours and try to complement each other. Our stylist will go through this with you in more depth and we do provide an extensive styling guide prior to the shoot for inspiration.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
We do not offer these services, we believe that in order to extract the genuine feels on the day we really want you to look and feel as natural as possible. We recommend that you prepare your hair and makeup as you would normally for a natural everyday look.

I have received a gift card at an event, is it a genuine offer?
Yes the gift card is a genuine offer, if you attended one of our product demonstration stalls at an expo or a public outdoor event you may be offered a studio experience gift card. The gift card will cover the session fee with an amount of credit to spend on images. Do you offer digital packages?
Although we are big believers in finished artwork to be enjoyed every day around your home, we do understand that everyone has different goals. With this in mind we do offer digital packages alongside our finished artworks.
What payment options do you have available?
We offer Hmmm, Afterpay and other interest free payment options.
Do you recommend any hanging services for Sunday Feels artwork?

Can I request a refund or change of mind?
Our artwork is made to order and our team begin work immediately once a decision is made, for this reason we do not offer refunds or changes of mind on purchases. We will also make this policy aware to you before any purchase is made.
When will I receive my artwork?
Finished productions will take approximately 6 weeks to complete, delivery notifications will be sent out once they have left the production lab. Their can be unexpected delays which may cause delivery to take longer, re-edits of images or additional product request can also lengthen the finished production.
